We spend time curating a range of ideas, inspiration and motivation to keep our relationships strong. Some of the areas we cover include:

● Enjoying your own company (being proud of being you)
● Connection to the community (getting involved with your locals)
● Navigating dating apps and services
● Extending your network of friends
● Igniting the passion with your partner
● How to introduce a new partner to your life
● Re-connecting through social media
● Fostering great family bonds
● Romance over 50

Loving who you are & spending time with yourself

For beginners

It really is true that there is a hugely positive effect on your wellbeing when you identify who you are, all your flaws, all your favourite bits and embrace every last bit.

Afterall, we are actually the person we spend the most time with right?
Naturally at this stage in life, we have probably seen friends, colleagues, lovers, partners and family come and go. That’s why it’s important to be happy within yourself first and foremost.

At Life Reignite, we know that loving yourself and recognising who you are is the first step in forming meaningful relationships with others.

Sharing your light with others

Just follow these simple instructions

Whilst it’s fantastic to really enjoy our own company, friendships and intimate relationships are the fuel of life. For most of us, when asked about our most memorable times, we will reflect on special moments spent with special people.

● Making sure you keep your relationships FUN
● Touch as a way of expressing feelings and emotion
● Being in tune with others to know when they need extra emotional support

Friendships and Lovers - when one leads to the other

Friends becoming lovers or primary partners is a well noted way of bringing a significant other into your life.

As you have no doubt observed, many of the most enduring romantic relationships actually start off as platonic ones. There are many reasons for this, but some key ones are:

● We already know that person, are comfortable with them and trust them
● You recognise areas of common interest
● You probably have mutual friends
● You know where you stand, you may not agree with all their views but you have common ground
● You are aware of and relate to their values
● Where as in dating, where physical attraction is often a vital aspect of the ritual, this is of less importance for many people when friends become partners or lovers

To help you navigate the transition from friendship to partnership, we have a stack of resources you may be interested in viewing here (insert link).

Finding someone extra special

Life would not be the same without friends to share it with, but well – romance brings the spice. Romantic relationships can be an essential part of the human experience.

And, as we all know, there are a myriad of different ways to find a partner now. From online apps, to social media and in-person networking

It may be helpful to think about how you would like your primary relationship to look. At LifeReignite, our numerous resources (blogs, articles and suggested connections) may well help you find and stay on the right path. Whether you are an extrovert, introvert or somewhere in between, we have an approach that will help you to establish healthy, long lasting relationships.

If you’re looking for a special partner, or lover – well hopefully we can give you some pointers!

Romantic Relationships
Are you looking for love?
Already partnered and interested in finding new ways to connect with your lover? LifeReignite has you covered. We offer tips and advice for those about to begin dating, from helping you choose the right way to find new people to understanding how to tell if someone is your perfect match. If you are already partnered, we have excellent ideas for date nights and deeper connecting aplenty.

Before you embark on this journey, it’s important to look at how to make sure your romantic relationships stay happy, fun and lasting.

Here are some of the key tips we’ve identified:

● Communication and openness, holding back judgement and allowing free flow of ideas. Good listening skills are important. Many people are always butting in on conversations. Waiting to say what you want and giving proper attention to what the other person is saying are key to meaningful conversations.

● Being open, intimate and sexy. Be your best version of you. Try and stay as physically attractive as possible, focus on good grooming, sport nice clothes and exercise regularly. Make sure you are looking after the needs of your partner as well as your own.

● High levels of EQ are a definite advantage. Nearly everyone loses their cool sometimes, but it’s how you deal with this that is important. Firstly stay on topic and don’t make it personal. Know how to apologise if necessary and know how to make up. Taking ourselves less seriously, adding humour and toning down the ego can really help here.

● Stay current. By brushing up on skills, constantly learning and being inquisitive, you will be a more appealing and generally happier partner.

Inside Out Understanding

According to Michael Neill, one of the world’s most pre-eminent coaches and thought leaders, “100 percent of your experience of life is created from inside the system. That is, contrary to the way things appear, the only way the human experience can unfold is from the inside out. No exceptions. The system only works one way. And the clarity of our seeing that underpins the way we handle absolutely every situation in our lives.”

The Inside – out understanding says that our experience of life comes 100 percent from thought in the moment.

At Life Reignite, we endorse this way of thinking and encourage you to consider how your perspective helps form the relationships you have.

Relationship Updates

Every now and then, we need to put some extra time into our relationships – be they with our partner, our family or friends.

Think of it in the same way we have to update the operating system on our phones. Each time we do it – things freshen up just a little. Our curated information resources and relationship coaches are here to help guide you through ways you can deepen connections, re-introduce fun into your relationships and help spread some sunshine.
