It’s important to us that you know we’re presenting you with options you may not have considered, but it’s up to you to see how appropriate they are for you.

LifeReignite is all about the excitement we share for this period of our lives. We’re keen to help you create the physical, mental and spiritual harmony you need to thrive.

So you know, our role is not to offer medical advice. We’re here to provide some solid and accessible health information. Basically, we’ve curated a compact directory of vital health information, links to key health services, including dieticians and health and wellness coaches as well as medical practitioners

We hope you have a great relationship with your GP and can consult with them before taking on any new regime. In the meantime, we’d just like to share some of the techniques and practitioners we think could assist you with your health goals – inside and out!

[update text] For us, the key to embracing change is first to make sure we have balance in our bodies and our lives. To achieve this balance it’s important that we look at our health, our lifestyle and our habits. We need to be prepared to welcome change from a solid base.

While some people seem to move through change with relative ease, others seeking that happy medium between the needs of our physical, mental and spiritual selves find it elusive. Like anything in life the “work” and attention put into it is usually rewarded in spades.

The good news is that most of us can improve our health in one or more of these areas, and will feel so much better for it. Let’s create more self -worth, passion, vitality and energy, and maybe some more sex appeal to boot!

As we change and as we look to change we need to be mindful that there are no fast track solutions. All good things take time right?

Many people fail with their health goals because they try to take on too many changes too quickly, particularly with diets and exercise. We’re about walking through change in a measured and considered way.

Whether you gain spiritual satisfaction from a connection to a higher power, taking a walk in nature, swimming in the ocean, listening to music or meditation, your spiritual health plays a vital role in finding balance. Spiritual practice is highly personal and there is no one-size-fits-all.

Social Health

A healthy and active social life is essential for maintaining balance. Let’s face it, we are all social creatures and our societies are designed around our need for both physical and emotional connection.

We know that people who are socially connected, have hobbies and are in romantic relationships are on average “happier.”
